When a driver is operating in your area, you can receive notifications and quickly let us know if you would like to place an order. The app helps customers: • Receive notifications when a driver is nearby. • Request products when available in their area. • Get updates when the driver is close to their location. • Receive a notification when the driver arrives nearby. • Request quotes for private events and bookings. For events, customers can submit their requirements by providing details such as: • Event type • Event date and time • Event location • Number of attendees • Additional booking information Our team can review event requests and provide pricing through the admin system. To protect customer privacy, driver locations are only visible when the driver is within approximately 100 yards of the customer. Customers cannot view driver routes or previous locations, helping maintain privacy while still providing accurate arrival updates.
