Great clothes terrible shipping
Lauren & Andy are entertaining & have Great clothes. Lauren is Great with sizing. Lauren’s style changes so you never know what your going to get season to season but you’ll never get an itchy sweater😂 Let’s talk shipping… plan on 2 weeks to get your items no matter what time of year it is . This is their biggest downside.

Very dissatisfied
So I’ve had some issues with receiving items and took a long time to get any answers from customer service so I tried asking Lauren on a live about my orders and she was extremely rude on the live! I can’t believe she even acted like she did on the live because I asked a question since I wasn’t getting anywhere w customer service! I shop at 4 other boutiques and they’ve all been willing and very nice about answering any questions I had even on a live! Than after time went by I was blacklisted from watching a live on the app! I was still willing to order stuff because I liked the clothes !

Terrible customer service
I have purchased from here and handful of times and I just have to say that the customer service is awful. I received the wrong order in Feb, emailed customer service right away, and got a response saying that they would make it right. It’s currently April and I still have not received the corrected order nor gotten a refund. I have emailed numerous times, reached out on Facebook, and even posted a question about it during a live sale and have not gotten an acknowledgment or answer. I will not spend any more $$ here and I don’t recommend that anyone else does either.
