Lauren & Andy are entertaining & have Great clothes. Lauren is Great with sizing. Laurenโs style changes so you never know what your going to get season to season but youโll never get an itchy sweater๐ Letโs talk shippingโฆ plan on 2 weeks to get your items no matter what time of year it is . This is their biggest downside.

Very dissatisfied
So Iโve had some issues with receiving items and took a long time to get any answers from customer service so I tried asking Lauren on a live about my orders and she was extremely rude on the live! I canโt believe she even acted like she did on the live because I asked a question since I wasnโt getting anywhere w customer service! I shop at 4 other boutiques and theyโve all been willing and very nice about answering any questions I had even on a live! Than after time went by I was blacklisted from watching a live on the app! I was still willing to order stuff because I liked the clothes !

Terrible customer service
I have purchased from here and handful of times and I just have to say that the customer service is awful. I received the wrong order in Feb, emailed customer service right away, and got a response saying that they would make it right. Itโs currently April and I still have not received the corrected order nor gotten a refund. I have emailed numerous times, reached out on Facebook, and even posted a question about it during a live sale and have not gotten an acknowledgment or answer. I will not spend any more $$ here and I donโt recommend that anyone else does either.
