Make sure that you want to purchase it by making payment. else if you used it and uploadd any files in it, you are stuck, it doesn't let you remove files and exit without any strings.

This is really good. I tried it in my regular discussions. It converted the voice into text superbly.

Unhappy pricing
I downloaded thinking I could get a free version, but this is not cheap. I am sure it it good, but I am not ready to pay to try.
Double charged
Watch out, you can't log in from another computer (or change the email to the correct one) And they will double charge you for the privilge. Worked great on my old laptop though.
Worst customer service
I got charged $189 for this app and in their description it says it’s $99 dollars for their premium service this app is a rip off. Tried to get a refund and was denied. Total scam!!!!
The software does not work and there is no support
I installed the software and bought a full year subscription. However, when I want to process mp4, m4a files for transcript, there is always an error message, and there is no support number or email address to help me

Getting repeated Soto core response errors and the app doesn’t allow any help or faq. Frustrating.
Doesn’t transcribe voice memos on iOS
I purchased the app for one reason only, to transcribe my voice memos that were in different languages so I could later use them for various purposes. All I got were errors. No success at all. Boooooo!
What happened
Is this app even real? It no longer works.
File Import Error
I purchased the premium service for this app and, like many other paying users, I consistently receive a file import error. This appears to be a known and widespread issue, yet there’s no clear fix, documentation, or response from the developer. Can you please explain why this error is happening and whether a fix is being worked on? if the feature is currently broken, I’d appreciate guidance on how to resolve it. Otherwise, I’d like to request a refund since the core functionality I paid for does not work.

Not what I expected
I was expecting to be able to use hot keys so that it’s works in other applications, when I downloaded the software, it immediately asked me to subscribe before I had a chance to preview it, so it was only after I had purchase subscription that I discovered tha, and also took quite a few seconds to transcribe the very short dictation that I gave it.

They advertise a product for $99 lifetime, when you go to purchase the app it's $189 lifetime subscription. Am I missing something?
