Thanks for flagging this, and sorry the last month has felt like wasted effort. One thing that might explain it: Whisprice watches the exact product page you add. A cheaper price at a different store, or on a different listing of the same product, will not show up unless that page is on your list too. Adding the item from a couple of sellers gives you the full picture. If the price dropped on the very same page you added and we missed it, that is on us and we want to see it. Let us know in the app which items they are and we will check them. Happy saving 💜

Thanks for your feedback 💜 You’re right. The price field was intended for the product’s current price, but the wording wasn’t clear enough, and we understand why it was confusing. We’ve updated the label to make its purpose much clearer. You don’t need to edit your saved items, as Whisprice automatically verifies and updates the current price when needed. Thanks for helping us improve Whisprice.

Thanks for flagging this 💜 You're right, price accuracy is critical and this shouldn't happen. We've resolved the issue and reached out via email. We're continuously working to make the app better, and you can also report any incorrect prices directly from the product page so we can fix them quickly.
