Easy to use, always have sales on or influencer promos so good. Only issue is the points stuff I can’t get it to work. Used £25 worth of them but won’t let me apply it to an order so think they’ve gone to waste ?

I ordered a top which arrived dirty and clearly worn. I tried to return it but it has been nearly a week and nobody has responded to my emails and return request.
Fake next day delivery
I ordered next day delivery as they have a uk warehouse now but its been days and the order has only still been confirmed. Do not pay extra for their “next day delivery” it’s useless. Needed the dress for an emergency and now their support just says it takes time to dispatch. So unhelpful

When i saw some bad reviews i had low hopes but i still gave it a chance and bought a hoodie with my birthday money i thought seeing the reviews maybe it will take long but it did not i did the 4 pound normal shipping and i used the sale30 code to get my hoodie 30 precent off and i was so impressed! It came on time and the hoodie is oversized comfy good quality and soft i love it i recommend it! And the bag that they ship it in is so cute!

My hoodie hasn’t arrived!
I bought a white fox hoodie on Monday late at night for Black Friday , I chose the fastest shipping , the next day for 6 quid!! I presumed that it would arrive the next day as I am out of the country in 2 days and nearly a week later it isn’t here!! I’m so disappointed especially because it’s an expensive brand. Even shein have better shipping services!! However I do know it says it can take up to 4 business days to get dispatched which is really ridiculous as 6 quid for shipping should at least get it arrived by a few days but no , not even a week later and it hasn’t even been dispatched . even though the hoodies are really nice , they are expensive WHICH MEANS IT SHOULD AT LEAST ARRIVE ON TIME!! never ever repurchasing again! First time and last.

I love white fox i own 2 of there hoodies and 1 t-shirt and they have such nice designs for the clothes and the fabric is SUCH good quality its so soft and warm but i have to say the t-shirts are a bit over priced but apart from that its so good and I recommend white fox 🎀🤍✨🍒😊

They con you in thinking you can get 20-30% off by signing up via email or by app. Then when you get to the checkout they tell you that the code is not valid for the items in your basket. This has really upset my daughter and they do it on purpose to lull you into adding items in your basket and then only tell you on the last page that the code doesn’t work

Ordered 30th November it’s now a day before Christmas Eve and still no delivery. App sends you to shop another app that you can track your order and still says preparing shipment. This was mentioned to be a Christmas present for my daughter and now she won’t get it for Christmas Day 22 days waiting. I’ve emailed the white fox company from the app 3 times now and not one single response back. No refund button either. Stay well away from this site.
