Mark/Stain on Arrival
Very disappointing customer service experience.
I received a hoodie that was intended as a birthday gift, but unfortunately it arrived with a noticeable yellow mark/stain on it. I contacted customer service straight away because I only wanted a replacement, not a refund.
I was told not to send any more emails and that someone would get back to me, but I am still waiting for a response. This is particularly frustrating because the item is urgently needed for a birthday gift.
I understand that issues can happen, but I expected much better communication and support from White Fox when dealing with a faulty item. I hope this can be resolved quickly.

Skirt
I bought a skirt it was nothing like the photo an SX was way to big I am very disappointed I would not come back!!
The worst
Even less than one star. The most disappointed.
Clothes are AMAZING quality, but the app is confusing
I ordered three hoodies, a pair of sweats, and other things and i love them all, but when i log into my account on other devices it doesnt save my wishlist or my cart, and even when i order things, it doesnt give me the loyalty points. Kepp in mind, i should have around 850 loyalty points. It would mean a lot if one of th employees could reach out
