Completely unreliable app
If you’re thinking a mom and pop pharmacy in Fairmont couldn’t possibly put together a reliable app, you are correct. As a previous reviewer stated over a year ago, this app shows that I have refills and then tells me I have successfully submitted a refill for pickup. When I show up to get my meds, the folks there tell me I never submitted any kind of request and to come back tomorrow. This has happened three times. The bar code scanner doesn’t work either. And the app crashes. Just use the phone and call. I’m personally switching pharmacies after all this frustration. Maybe this review will keep you from getting to this point. Skip this download.

Doesn’t save patient info or medication list like it used to. Takes forever to load. Please update!

I cannot get the App to bring my profile up. I have to delete it, then reinstall it and try that way, to get to my personal account.

Frustrated
Every time I try to open this app, I have to close and try to reopen over and over or completely turn my phone off and start all over. I have no trouble opening other apps, just this one. Also, when I finally get the app to open, I have to re- enter all my info for my refills.
Needs a lot of work!!!
While I love being able to do my refills online, this app is in desperate need of a bug patch. First, every month when I log in I have to create an account AGAIN! I try to get it to find my existing accounts but it always says there are none. After I create and save a new account it connects to the existing but seriously, every time I have to create a new account. Second, it shows refills but then the pharmacy says there were no refills on that prescription. Also, it drops refill requests frequently. Someone please fix these issues! They are a fantastic pharmacy that I recommend highly. I’d like to be able to do that for the app also.
