Volume control
I like this app and use it every night. However I don't like the change in the volume control as I now have to turn the volume up a lot more to get the same level of sound I had before the latest version. Not a good change, in my opinion.

I’ve been using this app for YEARS. It’s my go to for everything bg noise related. I have fallen asleep countless times to the white noise // brown noise mix. I’ve got it tuned to the absolute perfect frequencies - and you can too with this app. It does everything you’d expect and more. You can combine one, two, three, four, five…. Whatever number of sounds together. Decide how they pan, decide the volume of each, just an absolutely genius app that I wish I’d written. Get it. Now.

Diese App in Kombination mit der ebenfalls (kostenlos) erhältlichen Market App bietet eine praktisch unendliche Anzahl an Sounds die man zudem noch selber mixen kann. Ich nutze sie bereits seit Jahren auf dem anderen Betriebssystem und bin so froh sie auch mit meinem iPhone und der Apple Watch nutzen zu können.

10 years and now it’s unusable
Been using this app for what must be 10 years now. A few years ago there was an update that made it drain iPad battery. That was bad enough. Now the latest iOS update plus latest version of the app makes it shut off after 1 min of the screen being off. I’ve adjusted every setting I can find, but no luck. Still works on my phone, but I can’t sacrifice my phone battery to being plugged in all night like I did the iPad. This sucks. I don’t want to find a new app.

I’ve been using it for years and years! I cannot imagine ravel anywhere without my speaker and this mist excellent app. My sleeping partner!!
Sound shuts off with screen on iPad/phone.
Unless you leave the screen on, which lights up the whole room, your sound will shut off one minute after shutting off the screen. There are no settings to fix this and when I sent a request for help, it was ignored. Useless if it just shuts off.

Was excellent but
I would be happy to provide five stars, but for some reason it’s crashing now that I use my own sounds. I need to get maybe three minutes before it crashes so there’s no point to the app anymore. If I get an update from the vendor that it’s been fixed, I’d be happy to put it back to 5 stars where it would belong otherwise.

Great for Sound-Masking
As requested in a pop-up message on this app, I am reconfirming my rating above and what I wrote in the following sentences. I work at home, so I use this app to block out household noises and the conversations that tend to be distractions. It is also a sleep aid, especially since I am an early-to-bed kind of guy, and my wife tends to be a night owl. I used to use an app called Simply Noise, but it was not updated to fit the most recent iOS versions. I'm using White Noise Pro, which is much more diverse than Simply Noise and allows an ad-free experience. The developers have combined photos and sound to provide a very pleasing experience. There is a version for Mac, which I also use with satisfaction. A great app.

BEST White Noise App!
I love this app. I have used it for years for myself to help block out noise while I sleep during the day after working night shifts. I also now use it for my son. So many options and just the best sound quality and seamless loops. I recommend it to everyone with a baby on the way.
