Guva is one of the best apps I use for sound machine and it helps me and stays on all night long and barely takes any of my phones battery also has a subscription you can buy which makes it even better and next level
Purchased app no longer valid
I purchased this app in 2020 when we had our first baby and used it for a few years even after our second. Great app and sounds. I went to use it in Feb 2026 and it says I have to pay $59 for lifetime use. I think if I already paid to purchase the extra features once, I shouldn’t have to pay again, not to mention more than 3x more than what I already paid last time.

The sound is very relaxing and it helps me go to sleep better. It is really helpful to have. Sounds like this. I love how you can choose whatever you want no matter what you wanna listen to.

This is a very good app
It’s a very fun app with lots of music and you can even record your own songs. And you can also do lots of sounds.

great for focus & sleep
Not just for kids. the white noise and the rain and city sounds and whatever you choose create a great atmosphere and an even better background for music on other apps.

Been using this app since my daughter was a baby. She’s 6 now. The only thing we wish, was more free sounds. Either way, we still love it.

I have used this app for years but have been devastated to open it only to see that now you have to pay for the vast majority of the sounds. Very, very disappointing.

I’ve been using this app for years, and had 5 of my own mixes created to help me sleep. I go into the app to use it, and the company locked most of the sounds and you now have to pay money. There are 100 sounds and now you can only use 16– so 84% of the sounds are behind a paywall. ABSOLUTELY APPALLED.

Randomly stops playing
Randomly stops playing and when I exit the app and go back in it just flashes when I choose something to play. Not awesome when it happens in the middle of the night while I’m trying to get a child back to bed

The more time I spend in this app, the better it is…. So many choices in each category that you can overlay either in the same category, or while in one that you like, switch to another category and choose one to overlay! And you can make numerous recordings of your own to use as well of things your baby loves, like voices or my son-in-law playing his guitar while my daughter sings… Fantastic!

I downloaded this app 7 years ago when my wife and I were blessed with twin boys. They still listen to the same sounds we made for them when they were babies.

UI suggestions
I have a suggestion of improvement for the UI if this app.
The volume button can be better placed.
Sometimes when I swipe up to go to another app, the like button goes full on volume 100% instead and scares everyone including my (sometimes already sleeping) baby.
Swiping left/right for volume should not be near swiping up and down.
