Great Backyard Butchery Class
I spent the last two days at White Oak Pastures going through a very hands on hog butchery course. I have to say it was one of the best, if not the best course I have ever taken. From Lydon Olivares coordinating the details and execution of the course to the instructor and his professional, thorough presentation and knowledge, this was top notch. So thankful for the team at White Oak Pastures for helping my family and I learn to be more resilient.

Great meat and great service
Oh my third order now and we are enjoying the flavor and quality of the meat and the service has been wonderful! Ordering through the app has been easy and delivery has been very quick. We had a couple issues - 1 order had items missing and another order has a couple steaks not properly sealed but they responded immediately and made us whole for both issues. Their service to correct the issues was amazing.
