Great coffee, app unnecessarily difficult
Unfortunately staff don’t really know how to help with the app and just trying to use this when you order in store to buy coffee beans or drinks seems too hard. Ordering beans in advance is easy enough. It would be nice to just tap when you purchase in store, especially with specialty coffee orders. Also, it’s just nice to have brief human interaction. In the last fortnight I’ve bought $40 worth of coffee in addition to our beans & missed out on rewards. If the coffee & service wasn’t so good (which it is) I wouldn’t bother. The app needs some polish.

Had white whale recommended by a friend. So impressed with the beans and the company focus on fair trade. Coffee is great as are the staff.
The app is easy to use and allows pre-order coffee for take away. You can even order beans for home delivery. Can’t recommend highly enough.
