About
White Wings Projects is a project and site management app built for civil engineers and design firms who run several jobs at once.
Every project follows the same thirteen-step path — five design deliverables and eight site stages — so nothing gets skipped and nobody has to remember what comes next.
DESIGN STAGE
- Site measurement, architectural plan, 3D elevation, approval drawing and set-out plan, seeded automatically on every new project
- Assign each drawing to an architect or draughtsman
- Every upload is a numbered revision — Rev 1, Rev 2, Rev 3
- Approve and lock a drawing, or send it back with written notes
- Comment thread on each deliverable so the correction is recorded, not spoken and forgotten
SITE STAGE
- Eight verified stages from ground-floor masonry through to the first-floor slab
- A checklist per stage that the site supervisor ticks off
- Site photos uploaded from the phone, at the stage they belong to
- A stage only closes when you verify it — supervisors submit, you sign off
- Later stages stay locked until the one before is verified
PAYMENTS
- Fee milestones tied to deliverables, so a payment falls due the moment a drawing is finalised
- Received and outstanding across all active projects, at a glance
- Per-project breakdown with received, due and overdue clearly separated
TEAM
- Role-based access — admin, architect, site supervisor
- Each person sees the work assigned to them and nothing else
- File access controlled per project
ALERTS
- Due-date reminders for drawings and stages
- In-app notification when something is waiting on your approval
- A single list of everything needing your attention
BUILT FOR THE WAY THE WORK ACTUALLY RUNS
No two-hour setup. Create the project, and the checklist is already there. The supervisor works from the site, the architect works from the office, and the engineer running the firm sees both without calling anyone.
Works offline for viewing. Installs to the home screen and opens like any other app.
