Update made it worse

This new update made a perfectly good app unusable. My boyfriend and I use this app for goodnight doodles and it was working fine until they updated it. It has the following issues: if you press undo it makes it so your doodle doesn’t show up 2. Sometimes when you press undo the app crashes 3. when you select a color it doesn’t show up half the time 4. You cannot zoom in anymore 5. The erase option is gone. This “update” destroyed the app and we will be using another one

Does not update on bf’s iphone 15 pro max

It kinda defeats the purpose of the app to not have the notes show on his home screen. We did try deleting the widget itself and reinstalling but it didn’t work. Please advise how to update it!

New update

The new update basically made it 10x harder to make a nice drawing by removing the ability to zoom in on the drawing and the eyedropper not being being applied to the drawing itself. Makes it much harder to make anything of use.

Recent update is terrible

I can’t zoom in on my drawings anymore so drawing details is impossible. And I can’t seem to figure out how you’re supposed to use the dropper tool now? It doesn’t let me leave the colour selection tab with the dropper. I can’t select anything from the drawing because it doesn’t let me go back to the drawing when i equip the dropper so it’s basically rendered useless. The app was fine before this update.

Widget Feature Doesn't Work

Widget is consistently blank and never displays and drawings despite being connected to a group and/or friend.

Cool if it worked.

Got this app because the premis was cool but i could not get the widget to work. It would just be grey and would not show the message i was sent despite me following the directions in app of how to set up the friends widget.

it works well, great app. the only problem i have is that the widget does not update unless the app is open. please fix this.

Paid money for nothing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It is good but for Doodle of the Day,my mom paid 0.99 for being at the top of the list and my drawing became lost and I cannot do anything!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hopefully could be better

My friends and I really like this app BUT drawings get deleted when attempted to send so they never go through and group chat rooms don’t appear so the messages don’t even show up on the widget

Fun app that could use some updates

I enjoy this app a lot! My friends and I enjoy sending drawings as well as entering the drawing of the day contest. The drawing area could use some work like layers or a better bucket that wasn’t just for the background but other than those things it’s a great app!

I don’t really like the app because the bucket tool erases my drawings every time I use it. I think you should make it like the bucket in ibis paint. (I forgot the name so idk if that’s right) also add layers please.

fun app w room for improvement

hello! i see that you are listening to users recommendations and actively fixing any problems. i think that’s really good.

the app is rly nice and i recommend it. it’s better than noteit, has more options and is more fun to doodle on. me and my bf use this app to send ea other cute notes and stuff, it’s fun.

some requests for changes i have:
- can you get rid of that dark line in the widget? the one that the name is on top of. i think maybe giving the name a drop shadow so it can be seen at the corner still, but not have the whole bottom blocked off w that dark line. it would give it a better look and not cover the doodle.
- nicknames should be a thing! i think when we’re friends w someone, maybe we can change their name? kind of like snapchat. would be good for couples! or just friends w fun nicknames.
- when i’m ready to send a doodle, my friends are on top, then at the bottom are recommendations. i think maybe it should be on two different tabs? or something to where we don’t accidentally send the doodle to some random person or group 😂

i would really happy if these could eventually happen, besides that i’m happy w the app. i like the contest aspect and then the personal aspect of a friend or a group of friends. keep it up!

In the meantime, you could hide the sender completely (via the settings page of the app). I think nicknames would be a great addition which we will add in the near future! Regarding the order of friends, groups, and public users on the send screen, you are definitely right in saying that the page needs more separation. We will also be updating this in a future update.
