Slight issue
I love this app because I get to do my work through it and help others but it’s very frustrating when you don’t get the notifications saying that someone needs help. Other than that, I absolutely love the app and I’m just hoping that this Meijer bug can be fixed.
Not helpful
When having a mental health issue it shouldn’t take a month to get someone to reach out to you then someone that does finally reached out doesn’t care there should be more of a verify the person check because if you keep asking me for you to send me money that’s not what I want
Zero help with IT issues
I noticed I starting having issues with this app Summer 2025 after maybe 1-2 years of having it. I was able to help talk to quite a few people who were struggling and just needed to talk.
Ever since last summer, I have tried to fix the issues myself on my iPhone and iPad, nothing. Error message saying it’s a server issue. Tried contacting White Flag on Instagram, email, their app, anywhere and have received ZERO responses on the issue. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app multiple times and still nothing, still a server issue.
This WAS a good app when I first started using it but now I’m beyond disappointed of the lack of customer service with these IT issues.
If White Flag has a solution they’d like to tell me to fix this error, contact me. I’ve sent plenty of messages and emails to you on the issue that you can find.

Error
Can’t sign in to the app. When I enter my phone number, it tells me I have an account and no other option to login.
No help from this app
I’m not sure how the developers expect this app to work if it can’t verify your phone number. I have tried both of my numbers to no avail. Hopefully they can get this fixed…
Can’t even register
The app is faulty. I put in my phone number and it asked me to choose a username. My preferred username was already taken. It wouldn’t let me select another one. Went back to the registration page and now it gives me an error when I put in my phone number saying the username already exists. Well duh, but you’re not giving me an option to choose another one. Worthless.

i tried to make an acc and once i was able to verify my number and make a username, it says the username existed. that’s fine except it won’t let me pick another username. as i kept trying to enter my number, it kept saying username already exist.

Will not authenticate

Good idea, but impossible to use.
Wasn’t able to sign up due to an “authentication error”. The link to their support team isn’t a full email address, so no luck there. The website then says to contact support through the app AFTER you sign up. Impossible to use or get help.
Authentication Fail
Wanted to give this a try but the first thing I am faced with is authentication failed when trying to create the account. For people seeking help, this is a huge turn off. (Oh, great! I have the courage to reach out for help. Well dang…roadblock. I’ll just continue to suffer in silence).
Not worth the time
It has potential but this is not going to help you if you’re spiraling in the moment. No one is going to reach out to you. You can’t share what you’re struggling with. They make you pick general issues from a list with no details and expect strangers to reach out. I reached out to one other person who hadn’t had any contact in 7 days of waiting.

Not reliable
Used it for a while then had to delete. Now when I try to reinstall, it won’t send the verification to my phone. Waste of time
Just a literal white screen
Thought I’d try this when I felt horrible. Just a blank white screen. Had the app for months, finally decided to try it out. Taking this as the sign I need.
Screen recording is counterintuitive for an anonymous app
The work around to fix the white screen problem works but encouraging people to turn on screen recording for anonymous peer to peer mental health support seems kinda antithetical to the anonymous part. Hopefully a better fix is found soon.

Can not get past verification
I absolutely love the idea of this because being broke and having mental health problems is horrible. If you want help you need money…kinda hard.
Anyways, I have downloaded the app and put my phone number in. Then I have clicked on send message but I am not receiving anything to my number…and yes my phone number is correct. I have hit re-send message many times and still nothing. What do I do because this app sounds very helpful for me.

Help!
I have done everything I can think of to get this app to work again. Logged off, deleted completely to lose all data, turned phone on and off, redownloaded. Updated phone software, checked if app needed updating and I can accesses everything the app can do, except when I select messages that I can see as there and unread and open them they are blank. If I try to send in the blank page it says to check my connection. I miss who I was talking to. Please help!
