Crashing issue💥💥💥
First off really great app for what it does and what you need however I tried doing my statement and there was 35 pages to redact and I’ve done this redaction 3 times already (I still have to go back and do it after writing this review)
I lost about an hour due to this issue, worst experience was when i finally
got through my 35 pages and clicked submit, it crashed. Not sure if this is rage bait but please fix this issue as it’s very frustrating

Extremely unstable on iPhone
I paid $20 for lifetime membership and then find out that the app crashes when I try to redact information from a PDF file. After a few reductions, the app doesn’t even let me swipe the document up or down. If I saved the file and then try to read the file again the app crashes without me doing anything. I would not recommend this app to anybody. I hope they refund my money.

Suitable only for printing
This application only puts a black square over the text you want to redact. That’s suitable for printing, but the data you’re redacting stays in the PDF and can still be read if you’re sharing the your document electronically. Thus, it only works for a specific use-case (printing), and probably not the one you’re looking for.

Absolute Garbage
Paid for the app to redact sensitive information on PDF, you can’t move the document without it redacting random phrases; when you try redacting some text or phrases—nothing! Those should be easy fixes for a developer, but not in this case. Need my funds back STAT!

You can’t blur a text that the software doesn’t recognize. Not manually
Errors Galore
This app doesn’t work well at all. Some words can be redacted, then ones nearby can’t be. It doesn’t make sense. I regret paying for the year

Funktioniert nicht richtig
Nach Bearbeitung von pdf ist die Auflösung viel schlechter und nicht zu gebrauchen. Aktuell lassen sich pdf Dateien vom FE Explorer nicht öffnen.
Image burred before using
After uploading my pic it was 10 time more burry before I even got a chance to edit pic. It burred the entire pic instead of a line.

Unfortunately it did not work
Tapping words did nothing swiping did nothing no support or instructions or guide found, but developer asks for monthly reoccurring costs to use software. Sloppy developing due to lack of guide and transparency

Little UTILITY Markup
I’m hard pressed to find out why a taste of the Pro premiums are not allowed to be tried like a very limited number of times. That would have inspired most any new user to settle in to use “Whiteout” and tell all of the friends about this Utility.
I myself could think of enhancements to increase your customer base. I would be happy to lend my expertise To the owner.

Great concept, horrible app publishing company. I can do 90% of what this app offers for free on my iPhone.. I call these type of companies “PPP’s”. & no, I’m not talking about the Govt loan scam! My version of “PPP” translates to, “Pathetic Penny Pinchers”! 100% NOT worth the download, let alone worth the “services” this app provides, along with the entire app suite of this publisher! I highly doubt they’ll ever let this review see the light of day, but as long as someone in this immoral “company” (if you can even call it that), happens to see this, then that’s enough of a victory to me! You’d think the revenue they generate from ads & selling my data to data brokers would be more than sufficient for this simple bird brain photo “editing” application! but that just makes my “PPP” phrase hold more merit & truth! SMH. Y’all should be ashamed of yourselves..!
