Irritating
It always gets the number of my house wrong and it’s very difficult correcting it, which I have to try and do every time I want a Whitesides taxis. I called a taxi using this app outside Whitesides HQ in St Anne’s. The taxi arrived on another parallel road up 20+ steps. Must be difficult if you have mobility issues.

Great app. Extremely easy to use and even have a click and collect feature for deliveries !! I love that it sections off my funds for pre bookings so I know I will have the exact right amount in my account for the booking! 5 stars :D
