Skills: write an instruction once and reuse it. Turn a skill on for every chat, or add it to one chat from the attach button. Skills you make on the website show up here, and the other way round. Excel and Word files now come out of the app as real .xlsx and .docx files you can open and share, and you can attach spreadsheets, documents and slides from your phone. The chat no longer pulls you to the bottom while a reply is coming in. Scroll up and read; an arrow takes you back to the latest reply when you want it. Also: take a photo straight from the attach button, tap a citation to open its page, and ask about a picture on screen in your next message.
