Absolute Rubbish

Cannot login to iOS app. Reset password….didn’t resolve. After I hit the login button, there is no feedback or error message…it just goes back to the login prompt. Same issue using website version. I made sure privacy settings matched Whizzmo’s recommendation and still does not work. I see that others were having this issue back in February. I don’t know how a company can charge a significant amount of money for their product and think it is acceptable to sit back and do nothing to remedy the situation. Totally unacceptable.

Cannot login

Cannot access anything through the app or in the browser on my tablet. I can only get through the login section on a laptop. Makes the $99 I spent on their subscription a complete waste of money.

Won’t let me log in

The app will not let me log in. I’ve updated my password multiple times, and I still am unable to log in.

Customer service keeps repeating the directions on the website and will not respond to the issue.

This app won’t even open on my iPad. I get a blank screen and nothing else. It’s hard to use with kids if it doesn’t work.

A Useful App

This app is fantastic. As a school counselor, I come in contact with many students who suffer self-esteem issues due to their reading difficulties. This app will provide the extra support for those students. It is easy to use and I believe it should be implemented in all school systems and tutorial programs.
