I would love to love this app but…
This app is too glitchy and no one on the team seems to care. Try “Only Drams,” a much better app with frequent improvements.
Cool App but….
The makers of this app need to pay attention to updating. They offer an average price for bottles however the prices are well out of date and very inaccurate. As a whole, it is a decent app for cataloging your whiskies, ratings, reviews and learning about new products.
How is there not a ‘full’ view in my collection?
I should be able to see only the bottles I currently have full and not have to wade through all of the empties.

Was a great app. Over the last months it has become a joke. I’ve over 270 tasting notes which I now can’t access.
Disappointing!
I’ve been using this app for years, and I love the features, but it has become increasingly glitchy and now won’t load properly. I’ve spent a lot of time entering my collection and especially love the ability to add my own tasting notes. But there hasn’t been an update for a year now and I feel like the company is no longer invested in this app. PLEASE won’t someone fix this?!

Stopped working after many years of data
Used this for a long time but now it seems to have stopped working and I’ve lost all of my whisky data.

Great idea if worked
Try scanning 5 different bottle non of them worked, also doesn’t seem to have the ability to track a single barrel.
No much good for a good collection
Terrible app. Deleted it after 5 mins. Did not get a single scan correct. The data base is too limited.
Wanted to love it, but it doesn’t work
This seems like the app I’ve been looking for. The problem is it is glitchy, buggy and still has not allowed me to save anything. I have added multiple bottles to my collection only to hit save and find them gone. I guess I have to keep looking for another app to track all of my collection.

It won’t find a whiskey when I search it using the search feature, but then when I scroll through, it’ll be there. This issue is especially prevalent when trying to search your collection.
There is also an issue of then you hit the “load more” button, it’ll just load the same whiskeys it’s already shown.
Again, I really like it when it works, but it seriously need some work before I would wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone.

Great App when it works! I like how you can add your collection to the app so you know exactly what you have.

Did not work at all. Two whiskeys, lots of attempts.
I remember why I deleted it long ago…
While the idea of the app is great, and using it for news is cool… cataloging your collection is horrible in this app. Rather than go to my cabinet and snap pics to update my whiskeys, I prefer manually adding them by searching. This feature is horrible! It rarely brings up anything that matches what I’ve typed, and when it does, adding fails 90% of the time. I’ll select a bottle, after many minutes of “adding” it asks what I paid, then goes back to “adding” for minutes, then is never actually added to the app. I gave 2 stars just because of the news feature.

Great app, worryingly slow!
I love this app for recording all the whiskies I’ve tried and bought over the years. Nothing like it. Slightly concerned about how slow the app is becoming though. It either needs updating or I’ll have to use something else as I do fear it will not run properly or shut down and I’ll lose everything!! Please, please, please give us a slicker update. Sláinte!

Great Idea
Great concept and app for whiskey enthusiasts. However the app tends to run slow when searching and navigating. Fix the lag and it would be my favorite whiskey app.
Could be better but a great start
Finding whiskeys is a pain. A lot of times they just are not there. It would be nice to just have a drop down to scroll from because the text input option is very frustrating and some just don’t show up! Good feature to add notes , haven’t tried using it but I see value in it to be able to be comparing with others

Stay away from this one. It turns on your FaceTime camera when just doing searches. Thankfully Apple now has an indicator that comes on when that happens. Probably spyware of some sort. When I deactivated access to the camera, suddenly it had trouble seeing the internet.
In desperate need of an update.
This is probably the most suitable whisky app for what I use it for personally, the tasting note wheel is fantastic, and the idea of pooling together community notes into a viewable display on each whisky is brilliant. Yet, as time goes on and the lack of updates take their toll, it’s becoming increasingly frustrating and difficult to use. Bugs everywhere, slow, and not even formatted to the newer generation of larger screen iPhones (which are years old at this point!). The Whizzky iPhone app is now getting to the point of becoming unusable. Please give this app a much needed update!

Slow and very limited
I was excited to have a library of my collection on my phone... this is bit the app for that. Maybe it will improve over time.
