UPDATED: Add me to the list of unhappy, ripped off customers
October 2022, here we go again. 2 weeks with no download, obviously didn’t learn my lesson 🙄 2 messages to ‘customer service’, 2 computer generated responses that they are ‘working on it’. Load of rubbish.
Long time (5 year) digital subscriber and same thing, app hasn’t worked for 3 weeks. Have been on to Apple, who told me to go to the app developer, Bauer Media, who put me on to magshop, who put me on to Pacific Magazines, who put me on to Subscribe Today, who put me back on to Apple, who basically told me to ‘have a nice day but we’re not giving you a refund of the remaining 10 months of your paid in advance subscription’. Back on to Subscribe Today, who again tried to tell me it’s Apple’s problem until I got shirty and the rep said he would ‘escalate’ my problem and someone would get back to me in a couple of days. That was a week ago. Liars, thieves and buck passers. What a disgusting way to carry on business.

Can’t access my subscription for a second time this year.
After the subscription was fixed earlier in the year, I thought all was good. No such luck! This week my subscription has failed again. Pathetic app.

What a worthless POS app paid for subscription a few times keeps wanting to charge me I have an active subscription how effing hard could it be to sort this out. Can’t download anything even though paid for
Angry & Frustrated
I have 2 subscriptions to 2 magazines both of which I have been unable to access since April. Numerous emails & phone calls with Same excuse, we are having technical difficulties will be restored shortly. Last one was mags have been bought by Bauer Media and they are working on restoring . It is now 4 months without a magazine or resolution or any contact not good enough
