Search function don’t work

Search function don’t work when looking for specific foods like yogurt or kefir. Garbage app literally cannot find anything on there breaks when select a sub category.

Search broken

Since the last update, the search feature yields ZERO results. So much for finding out what is on sale and having any incentive to go to the store.

Why delete the Shopping List?

It was a handy and useful part of the app. It made me like the company more. But with a shopping list I exercise more control, I’m not prone to impulse buys—this is not how WF wants me to shop. I’m back to paper & pen and adding Giant, MOM, Acme to my routine. Small thing, large loss of goodwill.

Impossible to shop online

Cannot browse available products in-store or even use the search function. Looked for Salami, of the 10 options only one was available in store. Initially I tried to search Salami which rendered no results. Could only be found in the different tabs. Kind of impossible to think Amazon, the principle of online shopping, has a weaker online feature for groceries than Safeway.

Shopping is a pleasure

I enjoy the convenience of shopping online and getting free delivery. The app is easy to navigate and shows the prime discounts.

App kept changing from delivery to pickup.

Checkout errors

EBT page to checkout and enter pin does not load, preventing checkout.

If there is any error during checkout, order is declined and cart is cleared automatically. This requires to start order from beginning again. Extremely frustrating.

Online customer service chat was not helpful as this is a technical issue in WHole Foods App. Did not expect to have this fixed for my order but rep should have submitted a ticket to technical team to fix in app.

Hate the new app

Absolutely terrible. My recently purchased does not show up on the app. I have to go to the actual Amazon website, and I can’t search my local Whole Foods produce anymore. 1/3 of the products that I literally bought an hour ago are not showing up as searchable when I try to go look if a deal is still available or to order online for more

Removing the grocery list option made the app mostly useless

Pretty much what the title says. The app is mainly useful for shopping in-person, and without the list function, why bother using it?

Nonfat milk

App need work. I could not find fat free milk in less than a gallon and I know they sell it. Would like drop down choices so I don’t have to search for different sizes/flavors etc.

Delivery window times shift instantly

We love the app and it could use some tune ups! As I ordered the delivery window 4-6 was avail. I put in the APP10 code to try to redeem my $10 off and it didn’t redeem and shifted to 6-8 delivery time immediately then again suddenly switched to 6-8PM and still didn’t honor the $10 off. That feel frustrating and not sure why the delivery times avail kept changing so quickly

Groceries To Home

I have mobility issues so being able to grocery shop with delivery is a Godsend. Thank you, Whole Foods!!

Where’s my list?

I am disappointed that the new version left off the list feature. It was so handy to add things to my shopping list by hand or through alexa. Now that list is only available going through the amazon app/website. Much less convenient. What was the point?

Not an improvement

Where is the shopping list?

I need my list back!

App is useless to me without the shopping list. Who thought it would be a good idea to remove that?

This app has become useless for me

I used to be able to open a browser on my computer or open the app on my iPad or iPhone and “add to list” and then open the app in the store and mark off items as I shop. Now it’s only “add to cart”. I like to shop in-store.

Where to put the CODE?

You offered the CODE today by email but can’t find anywhere to fill in during checkout process. Also the pickup store in Nashville? I live in Bay Area. Waste of time playing with this App.

Erratic

Started off well, fast and smooth. Then it became unstable. Cart wouldn’t open app took 10 minutes to load.

Had uninstall and reinstall. The WF app and Amazon app have different item counts and cash totals. Not making me feel comfortable on my pick up order and given the Exton store plays games with my orders, not good

Needs Improvement

The new app has some major ways it can be improved. I like to shop in person and in the old app I used the checklist feature while shopping. This feature no longer exists and there’s far too much lag when I delete items in my cart to realistically use the cart itself as my checklist.

Secondly, the app will not show you products that are out of stock when searching. I wish it did at least show you the store carries the item you’re looking for but that it’s out of stock. That would be a huge help because my store is frequently out of stock of many items but will be restocked by the time I get around to my shopping trip.

Lastly, when searching an item, there will be suggestions that you can click before you finish typing. These only work half the time.

Essentially, my main issues with the new app are that it is designed entirely around pickup orders and is not friendly for shoppers who prefer to shop in person (and there are many of us).

Good but could use a tuneup

Couple things. The iPad app doesn’t allow you to order delivery so I have to switch over to my phone. Once I find all the things I want to order. Second, there’s no option to save items like a favorites section.
