A study by University College London, showed that we are ready to wait in a row for just 6 minutes; After that time we become easily irritated and the perception of the service we expect, turns negative.
Our app comes to remedy the frustration of waiting on a queue to be taken care of and giving users the freedom to use their time as they please without losing their place in the row.
How does it work?
1.- Download the app
2.- Scan the QR code that each institution will provide
3.- Wait anywhere outside the institution. Then the app will send you notifications to let you know when it's your turn.
