App crashes on startup
Title says it all. Useless.
App crashes after installing
The moment I load the app it crashes. I had the app before but my slow cooker couldn’t get setup in the app.
HORRIBLE
The app crashes every time. Unable to use wifi on the slow cooker. Paid more money for the wifi option and it does not even work….do better black and decker!

This app won’t even open on my phone. It tries but then immediately closes. I’ve deleted and reinstalled probably 4 or 5 times. Annoying since the entire reason I got this crockpot is for the capability of starting it from work.

poor product support, crockpots last a long time, and to no longer support Wi-fi app while this product is still available in the market place (in my case it is an older unit)
Ripped off
I paid extra money for my 6 quart slow cooker to have Wi-Fi. Now seven years later the Wi-Fi no longer works and the app won't connect to the device any longer. I called the service center and they said they no longer support that device and there's nothing I can do about it. If you're not gonna support the device for 10 years at bare minimum then you shouldn't sell it. Black & decker lost a customer today. This cooker was $25 more than a comparable unit without Wi-Fi.

This app use to work perfectly for me. But now every time I click on the app, it just crashes. I’ve deleted it and re- downloaded it, still the same thing.
Not able to use Wi-Fi
App has not stayed up with the advancements with the IPhone. I am no longer able to use the Wi-Fi feature which makes this a regular crockpot, the whole reason I got it was for the WiFi and to be able to start it from a remote location so dinner would be ready when I got home. Please update the app so we can still enjoy the features.

I do not understand why Black and Decker charged so much for this crock pot when they sold it, (and I bought it 🙄) and they can’t maintain the app that runs it!! Why did we all overpay for a Wi Fi crockpot, if they were not going to maintain the app and it is now just rendered a regular crock pot??? I could have saved $100 and just bought a normal crock pot!! For all the people that bought this thing, you think they could update the app so it keeps working!! Black and Decker makes a wonderful product that lasts for years… but apparently the app that runs it lasts way shorter than the actual product!! Beyond frustrated with this!!!! Fix it!!!

The app crashes before it even opens completely
App crashes and won’t connect. BD please fix!!!
The primary reason I bought this slow cooker was for this the WiFi setting. Early on it worked fine. Now one can use the physical buttons for the on/off and timer feature only. Even lower end models have the delayed start. I could have purchased a similar one for half the price. Black and Decker, fix your product please!
