I buy te plug just because that we can control on smart speaker but it doesn’t work the plug It’s good but is’t not every time you gone set the plug you need to reset they if I can pick 1 at 10 I chose 0
Why is it now glitching?
Have not had issues in the past - it’s been awesome as a matter of fact.!
But recently it shows plugs that are on, but they are not, and the timer settings are not working on several plugs.

Simplicity but with limitations
Simple to use no need for a smart speaker or commands, simple one touch activation of smart plugs and socket….wish it could be on apple play though

Privacy Nightmare
They do not fill out the “Information Developer Collects” section for a reason. Click their website link provided. Scroll to the bottom and click “Provacy Problem. They collect not only your physical description but any and everything they can on or off of of your electronic devices and anyone you know and etc. It’s breathtakingly vast. They claim they do not “sell” under the definition of “sell” and therefore are t required to remove all of your information and private identifiers. Im sure a rep will get on here and spin it but the information is there and it made me so angry im going to Apple about it because while they technically are NOT lying about the staggeringly intrusive amount of data they collect the opposite can be true, if it exists, by saying nothing. You’ve already bought the plugs and they’re non-refunded so you’re FORCED into agreeing to their nonexistent identifying parameters.

This app connected to my neighbor’s fan and it will not let me delete it from this app

Device need a restart to network
My device been working fine sense I have had it and that’s been a long time over 6 years I have one in my bedroom and one in my kitchen area but lately the device just goes off line and my internet is working fine because I have my echo and stuff on the same connection to my booster and the only way to get my device to work again I have to go reset the router and turn off my security camera just to get the device to get back online which is crazy

Needs to be updated.
This app is not compatible with the device on an iPhone. It worked for me before, but now the device can not even connect to my phone via Bluetooth or WiFi. And yes, I made sure I had a 2.4 Wi-Fi connection. Very disappointed that I cannot use this product anymore.

If you don’t like this app or are having trouble with it/Alexa just download the Smart Things app, it removes a lot of the headache. Then you can just add smart things as a skill in the Alexa app to control this switch using Alexa.

Keeping my semi-outdoor washer dryer from freezing.
Our guest house has a washer dryer in a kind of closet outside the main door which we have the washer and dryer in. We are able to have an plugged-in ceramic heater go on when the temperature gets down to a certain point and off when it goes back up. Worked for us all this year and last and very happy with it.
