17+

Why is this app rated 17+? What content is there that warrants that. My daughter’s physio uses this app and I’d like to download to her phone but she is 13 and her content restrictions prohibit that. Just wondering why the age is set so high

App refreshes while timer is on

It’s a great app to use for physical therapy but every time I use the timer feature the app refreshes on its own despite background app refresh being off

Bad user experience

Everytime i open i need to log in. It logs me in with just email, without even password

APPLICATION NULLE

L’impossible d’avoir mes exercices dessus !!!

New App had notable improvements.

The new app saves my username, will auto-load passwords from my keychain, and allows my to take my exercises and education documents from my PT with me.

It’s a notable improvement from the previous versions!

It’s French!

I can’t read it to change the language. So frustrating

Feels unfinished and unsafe

Until recently you could login with just an email address. I get that plans aren’t exactly medical notes or anything but it makes the app feel a bit unsafe. Now it needs a password but never remembers you even when you tick to remember.

It gives the impression of an unfinished or rushed project unfortunately.

Unusable

Opens to white screen. Can’t even log in. If I delete I use all my physio records. Log in still odd and awkward. (When you even get to that page)

Great Overall

Very pleased with this app and my PT letting me use it rather than printing me out exercises or me trying to remember them all. Easy to use. Track. And see everything they send to me to do. Not sure why others are rating so low.

Shockingly Bad

It’s really hard work to use this app. While the content may be OK its lack of user friendliness is a real barrier to use. Log in is not reliable, I’ve stopped using the timer as it seemed to freeze and the lack of ability to reorder the exercises (by the user) means that you can’t create a ‘flow’ and have to jump around the exercise listing. Surely it should be easy to create something more user focused and friendly.

Problems logging in

My PT has me able to log in with an ID only. Now the site won’t let me in without a password. Not only that but tonight it just buffers and won’t come up.

90s functionality

What a poor implementation of an app. Basic functionality like something out of the 90s. Constantly crashing and can’t even keep your login details in. No Face ID.

It’s got potential but…

Not much functionality, features to improve it could include: Face recognition login, Tracking and recording, Ability to see the videos while the timer is running on the screen, audible prompts at 30s intervals while timer is running. Notifications to prompt to do the exercise.

Doesn’t remember login id and password

The app is better if it remembers your credentials when opening the app. Its very slow too.

login in terrible

Requiring users to manually login every time the app is launched makes me not want to use it.

Other aspects of app are okay.

Login on every use

Ridiculous that the app requires a login on every use. So silly.

Poor experience to get started

Some very basic errors with this app

1. There is no app title visible when initially launching. The app just asks for login information without stating the site/app name
2. After a few hours login details are forgotten and the app then goes back either to the login/password page or the very first page promoting for user name or access code.
3. Even when logged in the site offers nothing that isn’t visible in the browser in fact it’s less functional
4. Font sizes etc cannot be modified. Needed for accessibility

All in the perception is of a very lazy attempt at a basic app shim which just launches a website and instead of making the experience better, makes it worse.

Extremely poor and disappointing

Need to login everytime

Remember me option does nothing. Need to manually enter username and password everytime.

Ok but poor login experience

Works fine but logging in every session, as others have said, is infuriating. Auto populate does not work for me. There are no regs that justify this, given the platform, the data being captured and the use case.

Some very arrogant developer comments too. Poor UX just discourages adoption and/or forces people to use other, less secure approaches.
