About

Wick turns every deadline into a burning wick on your iPhone and iPad. A list tells you what is due. It does not tell you how much time is left, and that is the part you feel. Wick draws every deadline as a wick already burning. The whole line is the time you were given, the flame is now, and the dark stretch behind it is time already spent. You do not read it so much as glance at it. HOME Everything burning, in one list: Overdue, Today, This week and Later. The next wick to burn out sits at the top as a big card with its time counting down live. Filter by Overdue, Today, the next 48 hours or Waiting on, or by your own sections. Swipe a wick to finish it, extend it or move it to the Trash, with Undo for every change. WHO HAS IT Most deadlines are waiting on someone. Open a wick and the first thing under its name is who has it and since when: “With the agent, since Tuesday”. Tap it to hand it to someone else, and pin a note to the moment anything happens: a call, a reply, a promise. SIX KINDS OF WICK Tasks. Anything with a deadline. Pick a rule, or give it your own time in working days, calendar days or hours, or simply the day it burns out. Bills. A bill is a loop, not a deadline: your card rides to the payment terminal and rolls into the next term on renewal day. The last day you can cancel is marked on the wick, set to the day before renewal unless you change it. Loans. A candle for every month still to pay; one goes out with every payment. Plans. Count down to a wedding or a trip, setting money aside payday by payday. Releases. Films, seasons and games you are waiting for, episode by episode. Multi-Wick. One job in stages, each with its own fuse. Finish one and the next lights. ANY CURRENCY Choose your main currency and price anything in any other. A bill in dollars shows both: “$ 9.99 · SR 37”. Wick never goes online for exchange rates: it uses built-in estimates, and a rate you set in Wick on your Mac always wins. THE CALENDAR AND THE SHELF The calendar marks what burns out on each day, with a small $ over every day a bill is due, this month and the months after. The Shelf shows everything burning as candles: taller means more time left. ON YOUR LOCK SCREEN Watch a wick burn down in the Dynamic Island and on the Lock Screen with a Live Activity. Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets show what burns out next and how much is burning in each section. SYNCED WITH YOUR MAC Wick on iPhone and iPad syncs with Wick on your Mac and your other devices through your own iCloud. Every change arrives on the others in seconds. A wick you made from an email on your Mac shows that email here, with a button to open it in Mail. The iPhone and iPad app also works fully on its own, without a Mac. PRIVATE BY DESIGN No account, no sign in, no server of ours, no analytics, no ads. Your wicks live on your devices and in your own iCloud, and nowhere else. One purchase covers Wick on iPhone, iPad and Mac.

What's New in Wick

1.2.0

October 24, 2026

Made for iPhone Duo. • Open it up and the left page is the Wick you know, with your list and every wick on it. The right page is yours to switch: Next shows the wick burning out soonest, Month lays your bills across the calendar, Money shows what is still to go out. • Fold or unfold at any moment: the same page stays open and a wick you are lighting carries on where you left it. • Stand it half open on your desk: the top half shows the next wick burning down, live, while your list stays under your hand. • On the outer screen, the tab bar stands beside the camera, so every page keeps its full height. On iPad, a wick now opens beside the list instead of covering it.
