As a 39-year-old returning to hockey, I've loved using the Wick Hockey App. The hockey-specific workouts are easy to follow, there's a great variety of on- and off-ice training, and the gym workout ideas help fit into my busy schedule. It's also refreshing to have training created with female hockey players in mind. Highly recommend!

Women’s Hockey Finally Has Something Like This
As a women’s hockey player, skating instructor, and coach, it’s honestly really refreshing to finally see hockey development resources that feel connected to the women’s game.
I’ve been loving the hockey-specific drills and training in the Wick Hockey app, and it’s been a really fun way to improve my footwork, skating, and conditioning while staying connected to the sport I love.
Also, getting to learn from the best in the world like Hayley Wickenheiser still feels surreal as someone who grew up idolizing women’s hockey players.
I also think the app is great for kids and families getting into hockey. The videos are short, easy to follow, and you can start working on skills right away without needing a huge basement setup or tons of expensive equipment.
I genuinely think resources like this matter for women and girls in hockey at every level.
