Saved my sanity

Was getting a lot of robo calls that would generate 8XX- numbers tried everything but WideProtect allowed me to easily block ranges. Worth every penny.

Not worth it

As soon as I paid I started getting spam calls non stop . I canceled my subscription . Total junk !!!!

It is really wide protection

The ability to filter calls by patterns is priceless. I stopped spam calls totally without loosing the calls I expect to get.

Finally!

The WideProtect app has really made my life easier. I use to get spam calls out of specific area codes or spoofed numbers from a state /city that I have no affiliation with. That has stopped about 99 plus percent of the time. Of course occasionally I have to add more numbers which is quick and easy.

What is going on with app?

I hate to lose this app because it was working nicely. I can’t add a prefix now without error messages and the app always asking to reload. Sent email with logs to developer hoping for resolution. Also tried reset extensions which does not work.

Developer promptly contacted me with work around.

Sehr hilfreich

Endlich Ruhe mit sinnlosen Anrufen. Ist schon unverschämt, was da manche so treiben. Das ist ja schon Telefonterror.
WideProtect kann ich nur weiterempfehlen.

Best of a horrible solution

This seems to be the cheap fix when getting 10 or so calls a day saying you have a 70,000k loan waiting for your approval. I block entire area codes. I have not found a better solution but I really wish the calls never showed up in my call log and if I never got the voice mails. You want get the call but you will still see the little badge notification and I be much happier if I never knew they were calling 10 times a day at all.

Thank you very much for your review! I wish we could hide completely blocked calls and don't allow them to leave voicemails, but unfortunately, currently it is not possible because of iOS restrictions...

Updating - Wonderful app!

*******Update: I did buy it for 1 month at the low dollar price to really try it out and it is doing more than my AT&T armor app, hiya and iPhone combined. It finally is blocking these dreaded loan calls and I prob will invest in the actual purchase of the subscription going forward. I just wish iPhone wouldn’t let blocked numbers voicemails to pop thru. I’m still getting those. Even tho I was able to only block the area code and the first 3 digits of the numbers since the area codes alone would be too many numbers to block, it has cut down on these daily scam loan calls from coming through. Great product. Highly suggest!**********

I literally installed this 2 days ago to see if it would work on these loan calls I wanted to block area codes. 2 days in and barely without a free trial to see if it would work for me without purchase first, it’s asking for me to continue to purchase a plan. Why would I purchase if in 2 days I don’t know if this is even working for me? Secondly, I can’t block full area codes. There is a cap at 10,000,000. And if I put a whole area code it tells me it’s over that. I have to put the area code and the first 3. Going to uninstall since it looks like it isn’t solve my problem. I did get less calls the last two days. Not sure if it’s this app or me reporting the calls to the donotcall 🤷🏼‍♀️

No trial

I literally installed this 2 days ago to see if it would work on these loan calls I wanted to block area codes. 2 days in and barely without a free trial to see if it would work for me without purchase first, it’s asking for me to continue to purchase a plan. Why would I purchase if in 2 days I don’t know if this is even working for me? Secondly, I can’t block full area codes. There is a cap at 10,000,000. Funktioniert nicht mehr

Jahresabo gekauft, bestimmte Länder (UK und NL) geblockt. Seit einigen Tagen wieder ständige Anrufe aus UK, trotz erneuter Konfiguration (welche sich mir nicht erschließt 01,04,05 etc zzgl. der Ländercodes 44 und 32 in den Einstellungen blocken, sehr undurchsichtig und nicht logisch). Support kontaktiert, bisher keine Antwort.

Bitte fügen Sie Screenshots der eingehenden Anrufe und der WideProtect-Einstellungen bei, da das Präfix offenbar nicht korrekt ist. Und noch etwas: Die Optionen „WideProtect-1”, „WideProtect-2” usw. in den Telefoneinstellungen haben nichts mit Ländervorwahlen zu tun. Aktivieren Sie einfach alle Optionen, damit sie bei Bedarf verwendet werden. Wir warten auf Ihre E-Mail und werden Ihnen dann weitere Details mitteilen. Vielen Dank! Please attach screenshots of incoming call and WideProtect settings, it seems the prefix is not correct.
