Fly with friendly people
Flew on Widerøe for the first time and was pleasantly surprised by the helpful staff, cleanliness of the aircraft and the comfortable seat.
I like this regional flight company. They run on time, their staff is quite helpful, and they seem to love what they do!

Poor show
App crashes and when I try to get my boarding card, no screen appears. Not even a confirmation that check in has worked either. Tried to repeat the checkin process to no avail.
Får ikke åpner appen.
App vill ikke starte.
Useful App
Had all the information I needed for my multi-leg flight and my boarding passes. Useful app.

Absolutely useless app
Wideroe should be thoroughly ashamed of this hopeless app which is enormously frustrating and difficult to use. Sack the developers and get someone competent!
Worst airline app!
Awkward, problems registering euro bonus to bookings, does not display eurobonus number, does not update when itinerary changes (widerow regularly cancel flights), could not see an option to download boarding passes to apple wallet. bad airline and bad app. I fly with them regularly wish my company booked KLM instead!

Personnel de la compagnie Wideroe à l’aéroport de Tromso incompétent et non professionnel
Après de multiples tentatives de communication avec la compagnie (internet, chat, aéroport) pour un problème de valise, personne a été capable de répondre à notre demande de renseignement sur le retour.
L’aéroport de Tromso concernant cette compagnies mais aussi et surtout le PERSONNEL de la compagnie à l’accueil tiens une attitude inacceptable envers les voyageurs dont nous avons fait l’objet de cette mauvaise expérience.
Je ne commande absolument pas du tout cette compagnies catastrophique.
L’aéroport de Tromso concernant cette compagnies mais aussi et surtout le PERSONNEL de la compagnie à l’accueil tiens une attitude inacceptable envers les voyageurs dont nous avons fait l’objet de cette mauvaise expérience.

Bugs
As soon as I downloaded the app I entered my booking details and the app shut down. It happens every time I try to enter my name and booking reference. I can’t use it. But a couple of stars given for having an app in the first place. If it is fixed I will update my review and rating.
Keeps crashing
The App is great when it works but it keeps crashing when I add my flight reference number after the latest update. I keep trying to open the App but it just crashes. I deleted the App and it crashed again after I tried to add my flight.. Please fix..

Poor app can’t select flights does work. Poor airline terrible service when Covid broke out refused to refund wanted me to pay to refund book
Boarding pass lädt nicht
Nach dem Check-in heißt es ständig „error while downloading boarding pass“.
Wenn man unterwegs ist hat man also keine Chance den Boarding pass zu laden trotz App die eine eigene Rubrik auf der Startseite hierfür anzeigt.
Der Rest funktioniert.
Fazit: die wichtigste Funktion das Ticket auf dem Handy zu haben geht nicht...

What a joke
The app is well below average, the barcode it produces is so blurry the scanners at the airport won’t even read it.
Does the job
...but I am nagged to update to the ‘new’ version of the app which I am advised is version 1.4. However this appears to be an error as there is no update available.
Check in bug
Booked 4 flights 2 each way 1 week apart. App seemed to think I was flying out and back on the same day and put my second flight outbound with my two return flights and therefore couldn’t check in for the second flight. Website still worked though
