I absolutely hate this update, it’s awful and I wish there was a way to delete the update so I can have the app back the way it was.
About time
Finally a new update in 2 years! Great to see they haven’t forgotten about the app with the recent overhaul to their online banking website. As part of this overhaul you now have more modern transfer limits! Kinda wish some of the UI animations were a bit snappy but that’s just me being picky. But tbh, all they really need to add is dark mode and it would be great! (Pretty plz, with a cherry on top)

New update actually a HUGE downgrade
It used to be neatly organized and not an overwhelming amount of buttons on the screen. Also the main thing that your eye focuses on is an ad for loans… Not your savings account either. It’s got your checking account for written checks at the top. I don’t like that. I want to rearrange the order it’s confusing and also the print got smaller so it’s harder to see plus a LARGE ad that’s bigger than the font of the numbers in my account. That’s weird. Also like 3 different buttons take you to the same spot which is just the front page. Also there’s no characteristics it looks like a 90s web design when computers were on the rise, a bit overstimulating. Also bright white and no dark mode hurts my blue eyes. I wasn’t ready for this much change :( the other version was cute and calming and had color

Lost
Trying to make a payment for my car loan but I see zero option to make the payment. I clicked on everything and no option to make a payment towards my loan…extremely frustrating.
Phenomenal Mobile App!
I have the Getcash Card & two savings accounts and the mobile app works great. I can see my balances, manage my card, and do everything I need through my phone. Awesome app and works flawless for me!

Easy to use app that lets me pay bills, see transactions and can update information without having to go into branch.
Fix it
Newest update will not allow me to even log in. Keeps processing but will not go to the balance screen after I insert my credentials. App is pointless if you can’t log in.
Not working anymore
New update doesn’t allow me to login anymore so I think I’m gonna have to wait until the next update rolls out to even use this app. But when it is working it’s good for mobile deposits.
Wont work
It was working perfectly fine until this update that just happened. Now when I put my password in it says “invalid login” even though I’m putting in the right password. I tried waiting a day to see if it was just down. It’s still not working

Needs improvement
For the most part it does what I need it to. The only issue I ever have is the mobile deposit. It never seems to read amount on check, claiming amount I put doesn’t match when it does.

Functions well
I’ve had the app on my iPad for a few months and used it to check my accounts. I just downloaded it to my phone today and did a mobile deposit. The process was fast and easy. The check showed immediately in my account.
Overall I’m very happy with the app. Only reason to not give it 5 stars was some lack of functionality compared to the website - pending charges as well as the detail in the bill payer. But I really can’t complain that the website has more functionality. The star rating is closer to 5 than 4.
