I am having an issue. “the data could not be read because it isn’t the correct format. the data isn’t in the correct format.” I have reset my phone, turned my vpn and wifi off, and reinstalled the app. I continue having this issue.

I finally found an app that my parents approved of within safety terms and now, I can’t create an account past “create a username” because it said “the data is not in the correct format”??? I don’t know if this is an app issue or that I might not have the right device to use it but PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE fix this so that I can keep up with my fri in Hungary. I am very sad.

The app doesn’t work!!!😡
The app won’t even let me log in! it keeps saying “the data couldn’t be read because it isn’t in the correct format” but then it doesn’t even tell me the correct format to put in. so i can’t use the app at all. I recommend not even wasting your time trying to get this app!!!
Unable to create account
The app looks great but I can’t even create an account. It asks for your name then to create a username. Anything I type in pops up “the data couldn’t be read because it isn’t in the correct format.” With no explanation on what “format” it needs to be in. Disappointing I wish I could get it to work, but there’s no option for support either

Won't let us sign in
My friend and I are both having issues signing in. It wont let us create an account and gives the "the data couldnt be read" error code. We deleted then redownloaded the app, cleared the apps cache, and tried on different internet connections. Still doesnt work

I’ve looked it up and I’m not the only one having this issue. It literally won’t even let me create an account. I type all lower case letters with NO spaces or special characters.

App doesn’t work anymore
From how many reviews are from years ago and that when you try to make an account it has weird errors popping up, this app no longer actually properly works and I’m surprised it has kept its rating so high.
Cant Create An Account
I download the app and I try to create an account. It says “username format invalid”???? Then what is it supposed to be. I put in a bunch of different ones only all of them were format invalid. What does that even mean???? Garbage app. Don’t download because you wont even be able to create an account. Not worth the time.

Couldn't create username
I got as far as the username, and it kept giving an error stating "The data couldn't be read because it isn't in the correct format". I tried all lowercase letters, one word, and all combinations. A quick google search showed many have the same issue and have for over a year..
