As others have said. It will just give the certified Alexa devices error.

Doesn’t work on MacOS. Maybe for iPad?

This is a review for using the app on MacOS. It doesn’t work. I can add a command and set it up as a widget but the clicking the widget brings up the app and it opens the command interface as if to edit it. Testing the voice command acts like Alexa will do the command but it doesn’t. I have no idea if it would work on iPad but since this app was last updated three years ago, I will suggest to NOT try this app. I wonder if my Amazon email and password were pilfered now. I will go change the them.

No longer supported?

If this app would’ve worked, it would’ve been great. However, as it is, all Alexa says is “this function no longer supported on non-Alexa certified devices.” I’ll give the developer the benefit of the doubt that when they created this app that may not have been an impediment. As it is, the app no longer functions.
