Reliable service, great local options
I’ve been using this app for a few weeks now and it’s honestly become my go-to for ordering food. The app is simple to use, and I really appreciate that it features a lot of local restaurants I wouldn’t have discovered otherwise.
Delivery has been on time and the drivers are polite. One time my order was slightly late during lunch rush, but customer support followed up and even gave me a voucher — really appreciated the gesture.
Still a few improvements they can make but overall the experience is solid. I recommend if you’re looking for convenience and good variety in one place.

Horrible (Stole my money)
The food was never delivered, I contacted the restaurant over 3 times through their platform, never got a response. I asked for a refund but not sure if they will give it, nothing indicates that they will. Simply stole my money.
Charged before contact was made with restaurant
Generally the app is fine. However you are charged before the restaurant is even contacted so that if your order is not accepted by the restaurant you have to wait 2-3 business days to be refunded for a transaction that never began. You are not even offered in app credit
Poor Delivery Service
Waited an close 2+ hours because the first driver didn’t have a bag. There was no updated until I contacted the assigned driver. Totally unacceptable.
My experience
The food was fresh and sanitary but I have a problem with the UI. The address locator was wrong and I couldn’t edit it. Glitches are very common and it takes long to load. Sometimes a notification pops up and you have to press “retry” and you end up in a loop so you have to exit and restart the app.

Safer cleaner option to Fooddrop
Open restaurants closed on the app??
I usually use foodDROP but decided to try this app as they have a few different restaurants. But the first time I used it the restaurant I wanted to order from, that I KNOW was open, appear to be closed on the app. I called the restaurant and they told me yes they’re open and it had to be an issue with the app. So back to foodDROP for me so I don’t spend more time starving and waiting on an app to work.
