Doesn’t work

Before I purchased this App, I actually read the only review given. After reading the review, I thought maybe that person is just not tech savvy. Also, I sometimes just like to give developers that benefit of doubt. So I purchased this App. I seriously needed an App that would help me in the field as I’m doing my work. But since I purchased it, my expectations went from high to low.
This thing just doesn’t work. It’s not user friendly. The instructions aren’t clear.
I’ve asked for a refund. I hope they give me back my money as this App isn’t just what it claims to be.

Thanks for your comments, could you please tell where and how this App doesn’t work? Did you read the how to manual before you spent time on complaining?

Is not the money worse…..

Is not worse the money… this is nothing then a simple iperf3 client and server. In my opinion not the money worse…..

Did you mention roaming test with iPerf3?

Hopeless

Crashes at every opportunity. Do not buy. Not sure how to get my money back. Never had this issue with an App Store app before.

Terrible

App constantly crashes. The most non-intuitive app that I have ever used. Tried to get my money back but they refused. Apple should remove this from the store. What a scam.

Should have thrown my money out the window instead

The app looks good but not user friendly. There are instructions within the app but I couldn’t find them anywhere online so you have to go back and forth just to learn how to set it up. I never could get it to take the info from the airport utility app. as it’s supposed to. If you go into more on the app you can move the icon but then you have to end the app and start it again because there’s no way to get back. Just throw the $15 out the window instead that way you’ve only lost $15 and not the hour of your life figuring out you’ve wasted 15 bucks.

I would do roaming test(put client in iPerf3 server mode) first and spot out the failing area, then do the AP adjustment and scan the air, then the roaming and throughput test, it suppose to be quick and easy. I will contact you how to in detail.

Sad. How do I get my money back ?

Too much involved to Retrieve results required

Im sure this app can achieve the outcome required, unfortunately there is way too much involved to Retrieve results required with the price tag!

Expensive and totally non-functional

A very expensive app that proved to be completely non-functional on iPhone X iOS 12.1.3. A complete waste of money, and can not recommend at all.

Even App Store screen capture shows there is user manual, anyway please keep being positive and don't be so sad, check your internet connection of wireless network, the manual is real time online since user can always get the latest version, if you still unable to figure it out, just update your comments or send support request email either through the App or directly to asolutioncontact@gmail.com, otherwise we assume you just encounter bad thing and were in bad mode then.
