Events chart: signal (RSSI) overlay with a min-max envelope, AP-change markers for every roam (seamless vs full re-join), and a serving-AP load overlay stitched across roams so crowding around the user is visible next to their events. Cleaner hover tooltip with readable AP names. Plus the per-device Observations panel with failure time windows, session-end direction, site-wide comparison and DNS details.
