WiFi Relay

WiFi Relay runs a proxy on your iPhone so another device — like your laptop — can get online through the WiFi network your phone is connected to. Handy whenever you want a second device on the same connection as your phone: • Traveling — get your laptop onto the WiFi your phone is already using. • A laptop or desktop with no WiFi of its own, or a flaky adapter — bring it online through your phone. • Developers and tinkerers — route a machine through a specific network, or point it at a known address for testing. How it works: 1. Tap Start. WiFi Relay runs a standard SOCKS5 + HTTP/HTTPS proxy on your phone. 2. On your laptop, point its proxy settings at your phone's address and port — shown right on the main screen, with copy buttons and a step-by-step setup guide. 3. Your laptop's traffic now flows over your phone's WiFi connection. Built in: • Password protection, on by default, so only you can use your relay. • Live stats — data relayed, active connections, and a throughput graph. • Works over WiFi, or over a USB cable. Good to know: • WiFi Relay uses your phone's WiFi connection only — never cellular data. • The relay runs while the app is open in the foreground. • No accounts, no servers, no tracking.
