Am I doing something wrong?
I got the app and even paid for upgraded version, I try to add my home WiFi and put all the correct information, yet when it creates the QR code, no one can connect after scanning it. Thank god iPhone came up with this option where you can share WiFi info automatically when someone tries to access it. There’s no support option in the app so that’s why I’m writing here to get some feedback from the team.

We truly apologize for the inconvenience! Is the network a “Hidden Network” by chance? This will cause issues with connecting to a network through QR. This app is best suited for password protected networks that are not hidden. If your network is hidden and if you are able to unhide the network, this may be your solution. Also, If you request a refund for your purchase of premium through the App Store, Apple should refund to your account. We do apologize and hope you understand. This is a great tool for businesses who are tired of hearing “what’s the wifi password?” Or similar use cases where someone may not be fully compatible with “iOS Exclusive Wifi Features”.
