My upload speed never displayed. Signal strength never changed, regardless of distance from AP. Stay away from it.

With my new iPhone SE I can’t get any signal readings at all. Everything else works, big deal!

Ad for this app should be a masked man with a gun. I have been mugged for $8.99. Meter never connects, yet app has info on provider & IP for network. Low ratings should have told me to bypass this app, much less pay for it.

I have tried recording the signal strength of the access points at work, and that of my router at home. WiFi Meter does not work on an iPhone 10.

Worked when I first used it then when needing again the same results as mentioned in the other reviews... says no connect at the top and reads no wifi .... so, that being said, my suggestion would be to not use this app......

I downloaded this app to test the WiFi signal around my home. The idea was to find blank spots. Connected to WiFi then opened the App. Waited for it to pick up on the meter but to no avail. Restarted my router and AP as well as my iPhone and tried again with NO LUCK.
Stay away from this app!
My experience was similar to others. I installed this app onto a gen4 iPad and obtained very little useful information from the app. I have been embarrassed in business, because this app originally indicated signal strength where it turned out none was. My credibility is gone with a client. The app as I write this review indicates zero signal strength where the iPad is indicating full strength from a WAP less than 20ft away.

This app should not be allowed to be on the App Store. The functions do not work correctly. It says “Wi-Fi: No Connect” and yet it is able to tell my IP but not my network name. The refresh button does not work among other issues

I hit refresh button to start signal search and it stays on zero. It never moves and says WiFi : No Connect. I paid 8.99 for absolutely nothing. Sent message to get help from app developer/owner but haven’t gotten a reply yet. I want it to work or a refund. Has anyone else on here gotten a refund or gotten the app to work and give them a Wi-Fi signal strength reading? I hope it’s not a scam but I am getting the feeling it is and that I just lost 8.99. Apple, please step in and help us people getting ripped off by crooked app developers. Complete B.S.!!!!!

Maybe it’s just a glitch and the developers are working on it now.

Getting unknown network but still lots of info like port etc. no signal strength info though. Have asked for refund.
Does Not Work - Don’t Buy
Bought this app due to strong ratings. Installed on my iPhone 10, reset phone, launched app, moved around my apartment, waited the 60 seconds according to directions. No meter reading at all; says -1000 dBm. The irony is that I am posting this review with a WiFi connection. This app does not work. Don’t buy.
