Neat little robot
Take a picture of the robot you have, and the device number given by the app and email it to them. App was activated the next day. Going to have a lot of fun with this little guy. With some tinkering you can also add a four axis robot arm.
App will not work since it refuses to authorize
I emailed my proof of purchase of the robot along with my device ID as instructed by the app twice over 2 weeks. The app still says it is not authorized and refuses to work.
Doesn't work. No support.
Got this app for their THE Robot Ex. All assembly instructions, website and software in Chinese, with very little to no English. Nothing works. No support.
