I love Wig Dealer! I have purchased from this company on multiple occasions & they have the best quality wigs! Not a fan of the 613 it sheds a lot (as do most 613’s) but all other units I’ve purchase have been excellent! I don’t get my wigs from anywhere else!

App issue
I love all of the products but I get tired of using the web site all the time so I tried to get the app but it doesn’t work. Every time I’ve tried to buy something on the app it crashes and kicks me out of the app when I tap on the product pictures
Keeps shutting down by itself
Shopping on this app is impossible. Whenever I’m looking for a product the app force closes itself. Never downloading it again. Just use regular website.

Works fine up until i click on a product then it just kicks me out the app and i have to start all over. No real point in even having it.

Wonderful Wigs & Service
I've been purchasing wigs from the WigDealer since Black Friday of 08. Since then, my experiences have been nothing less than elite. Always great customer service! The only issue is how fast things sell out. But that's why the app is available to out you two steps ahead of the Instagram crowd.
CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE!
Will never shop here based on the owner’s attitude. I began following the wig dealer page on Instagram, interested in the hair they provided. I sometimes read the comments on hair pages to get a sense of customer feedback. There were numerous complaints about the wigdealer Monday Madness sale, with a lot of people not get notifications on when the sale goes live, causing them to miss out on deals. Instead of acknowledging the issue the owner berates her paying customers by blaming the issue on their phones and not using the app correctly. If MULTIPLE people are complaining the issue must be on YOUR end. In addition some people would have to leave comments or send DMs about their order since they weren’t getting responses via email. The Wigdealer’s responses were unprofessional and just plain mean. I addressed respectfully about proper customer service only for them to block me. Listen it doesn’t matter how skilled/talented you are customer service and respect especially to PAYING customers goes a long way. There are a million and one hair companies that do even better work to choose from. I will never spend a dime on this company and will advise others to do the same.

Worse app with repeated blank notifications
This is the most frustrating app on the market- i am sure. It sends repeated notifications & when you click on the notification it just takes you to the app. Most times i get a notification i don’t even know what it’s for. The owner has give away a on Monday but good luck trying to navigate this stupid app to take advantage of them or even find them!
(I’ve received as many as 6-7 notifications in one day & still don’t know what any of them were for!)
