Hi, we want to clear up a couple of things. Setup is two steps: upload your pet photo, tap generate. That's it. Our app doesn't require you to login, subscribe or do anything special to setup your pet profile. The free tier includes pet profile creation and 2 image generations, which are available immediately with no payment required. Video generation does have a cost on our end, so it isn't free, and we don't advertise it as free anywhere in the app or on the store listing. If you ran into a specific screen that felt misleading, we'd genuinely like to see it. Reach out at support@wigglepet.app and we'll take a look.

Thanks for trying WigglePet and for the honest feedback. We’re glad you found the results realistic. WigglePet uses credits for some generations because AI video and premium processing have real costs, but our entry-level subscription includes unlimited image generation. We’re always working to make the free and paid experience feel fairer and more worthwhile. Thanks again for sharing your thoughts.

Hi, thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry the result did not meet your expectations. To protect user privacy, we create an AI pet profile from the uploaded photo rather than storing and directly reusing the original image in generation. Our goal is to make that profile look as close to your pet as possible, and users can regenerate their pet image multiple times to get a better match. AI generation can sometimes produce unexpected results, but many users are creating great videos every day (you can see hundreds of examples in our public feed inside the app).
