WIGO shows your full fare up front, itemised, before you confirm anything — so there's no meter anxiety, no surge shock, and no negotiating at the end of the ride. FIVE WAYS TO TRAVEL • Bike — the quickest way through traffic, for one • Scooter — an easier ride, same nimble route • Auto — the everyday workhorse, now with a fixed fare • Car — comfort, air conditioning, and room for luggage • Van — for groups, families and bulky loads THREE ROLES, ONE ACCOUNT WIGO isn't only for riders. Switch roles from the home screen at any time: • Passenger — find a ride and book it • Driver — see nearby requests and accept the ones that suit you • Vehicle Owner — list your bike, auto, car or van and put it to work WHILE YOU RIDE Follow your driver on the map on the way to pickup, then track the trip in real time from start to finish. Call or message through the app when you need to. AFTER THE RIDE Rate your driver and read what other riders said. Ratings run both ways, which keeps the platform civil for everyone on it. PAY HOWEVER YOU LIKE Pay in cash, or online through Razorpay. Card details are never stored on our servers. YOUR PRIVACY WIGO uses your location only while the app is open — to set your pickup point and share your position during a trip. There's no background tracking.
