Missing key features
It is CRAZY to me that this app was released with 1) no ability to display customer photos in the reviews section (available on the browser version of the site) and 2) no measurements (!!?!!) in the product description. These are two of the most valuable pieces of information when wig shopping, and I have no idea how they decided to release an app version without those.
Also, I downloaded the app because I heard there were app-exclusive promos. I got a push notification for one that appeared to be 20% off with some code. I tapped on the notification and was taken to the app before I could read the code. There was no code in the cart, no code in the banner, and no apparent way to see what that offer had been (it didn’t show up in the notifications section of the app). So. I guess you’d better not tap on a notification until you’ve read it in full and memorized whatever promo code is being offered.
2 stars because it seems to be otherwise functional, but it’s not going to be able to replace the actual site until some of these features/functions are included.

Upstage
I received a gift of my favorite wig Upstage as a gift from my daughter for Christmas. I needed it quick to wear at an event. Always, right out of the box it was always perfect as it fit well. This time it was way off and knew it was not like all the others. It seemed LARGE, way large but I had to wear it. After not enjoying this wig like others same Upstage, I looked inside and it is a Large not a n average as box showed. Since you have to return it in mint condition, I am stuck and not hapoy

My fabulous wig
Always exceeding the service and greatest wigs! I work for an airline and travel a lot. When I go overseas it’s such a life saver. I never have to worry about my hair. And recently my son gave me the best compliment when he said how nice my hair looked ( I had one of my wigs on). When I told him, he couldn’t believe how much it looks just like my own hair! Thought I just came from the beauty Salon. Thank you and Merry Christmas 🎊

Awesome App
I use WigOutlet for all my wig shopping. So happy they made an app! I love how I can easily find what I need. Plus, their WigTV feature helps me see what the colors look like in different lighting!
