Thieves

Twice ordered using this app and twice taken money and not delivered food. Twice refused to refund. First time rejected order for delivery but took the money. Second order was for delivery again but they changed it to collection because no driver available and neglected to inform me. When I called they said I missed my collection time so could not refund. BUT I ORDERED FOR DELIVERY. Robbing b@stards.
