IOS 26
Very slow to load on iOS 26 at lest 20-30 seconds , needs some sort of update or loading efficiency.
As of 26.3 app cannot be loaded it consistently crashes on a M1 iPad Pro .

My favorite wikipedia viewing tool
Much better than Wikipedia's offering. You can synch bookmarks between devices. It's fast and works with multi-media. The navigation pane is excellent, make it very easy to find a topic. Of course, there's also a search capability within the articles.
It works great without any problems on my iPad Pro 11 inch and iPhone Pro 12, iOS 18.
Hopefully, the developer will keep it working .

Good but logo thing
This is so great but when I try to get a logo in my photos it won’t save in to my photos and it’s real stupid. I hope you fix it in an update.
A very limited version of Wikipedia
To be honest, viewing WP on Safari is a better experience. The app only allows searching and reading. There is no search history, no saving function, nothing. Just search, read and forget.
Great to use on the side.
Really enjoying this feature and i'm minutes in.. theres just so much you can do!
Nothing compares
I’ve enjoyed this app for many years and still consider it crucial to research and learning on my 1st gen Air. It seems my old pad is aging out, unable to update to latest iOS or get updates like the one I can’t access for Wikipanion.
I would certainly pay for the Wikipanion interface for my MacBook Pro, as I’ve been unable to find anything close. I have extensive bookmarks that I’d love to transfer. Robert Chin, tell me it exists for macOS and I only missed seeing it. Tell me!
Alas, your web page seems oldish and you’re likely moving on, as is proper. We can’t have it all, but I sure appreciate years of use from a truly excellent app. I’ll keep using it until the pad, the app, or I perish. Cheers, Robert

How the Mighty Have Fallen
This used to be the best Wikipedia app on iOS, bar non.
I have used this app since AT LEAST 2011, but today I switched to the official Wikipedia app. The biggest reason is the consistent bug where if you hit the back button from one article to another the screen will seize and becomes unusable. This has been a bug for all of 2021 if not more than a year.
Wikipanion, fix this bug and I will be back to use the pro version. I love your app and I have been a LONG time user. Please dont forget about us long time users.

Lots of issues with page layout
Same pages with poor layout look great in Safari or Chrome.
Brilliant
The app I didn’t know I needed. Massively helped with my education and keeping subjects organised.
A gem
A must-have app for me. A perfect iOS experience atop Wikipedia.
Stopped working after iOS 13 update
What happened ?
Was a better app then is now
Wikipanion used to be a free app with a few extra features than the official wikipedia app.
Those features have now been removed and moved into the paid app.
If you book marked any sites on the old Wikipanion those book marks have now been removed unless you upgrade to pro which is $8.00.
You have to wonder what feature will be removed from the free version next.
Seriously, don’t bother. download the official Wikipedia App which is now free and will stay free and will not remove any features over time.

Dual screen mode
Every Time I try to put this app into split screen mode on my iPad it bugs out.
Great
Works great. Been using it for ages. Fast and simple. 5 Stars.
Bias overcomes usefulness
Too politically biased to be useful.
Really great, easy to use
I use this exclusively to browse Wikipedia, and I like it a lot. Unfortunately the search bar display issue is back as of the latest app and/or OS update (iPad OS 13 with latest app version). Please fix :)
Numerous issues and seems to no longer be maintained
- Crashes each time you switch from one wiki to another
- Can’t view many images
- Can’t listen to most audio files
- Large pages on other Wikis (e.g. Wookiepedia) don’t load properly, formatting gets messed up, e.g. references / footnotes get squished together
This used to be my go to Wiki app but it appears the developer no longer maintains the app (last update over three months ago) and numerous small bugs have crept in. Will start using the official Wikipedia app for Wikipedia and websites for other Wikis. It’s a shame to lose this once good app.

Great wiki app
I’ve had the iPhone version since my iPhone 3G. When I got my iPad 2 this was one of the very first apps I downloaded. It’s fantastic, ad-free, and continues to get updates. One of my all-time favorite apps on my iPhone and iPad.
Great app but falls short
Please add Night Mode!!!
