My thoughts
I believe you have the best staff of anyone in our city. I have never had an interaction with any employee who wasn’t helpful and kind. What really strikes me is how happy they all seem. I’ve lived here over 8 years, so I think having such a staff is quite an accomplish. They are a special group!

Add 15% to your orders total—SURPRISE
Using the app and picking my order up at the store, a surprise 15% surcharge was added to my total.
My credit card marked the purchase as potentially fraudulent — the total purchased did not equal the total credit card charge. An extra amount was randomly added.
After speaking to two managers at Wilburs, the app company, my credit card company and Drizly (another company), I got informed there was a 15% surcharge that I might be reimbursed.
This is very poor customer service and communication. I really didn’t enjoy spending my work lunch hour trying to sort everything out. Unfortunately you just lost a long term costumer and my recommendations to friends.

Won’t honor coupons for curbside pick up
I am a very loyal customer of Wilbur’s. I could understand not getting the sale items through curbside pick up but when I found out today that, during COVID 19 and safer at home, they will not honor my 15% off rewards coupon! Come on Wilbur’s you can do better than that!

Wilbur’s has been an institution in Fort Collins for years and they are the best, knowledgeable, friendly and always helpful. There selection is outstanding and they will go out of there way to find you what you are looking for.
