This app just keep crashing. I have to open the app and login 3+ times to show the member barcode. Please correct this.

Order fails every time
Every time I place an order on the app it fails
Cant even review past orders
Placed orders on this app multiple times. Sometimes the order falls through even though confirmed through text. You can’t even look through past orders to see if you paid for it online. I came into the store and they said I never paid although I did online
Needs updates!
You need to fix this app. It constantly crashes and you have to start over. If you push the back button it will also delete your order, again need to start over. Very frustrating.
It won’t let you choose more than 4 of the main toppings on a salad/bowl when there’s 10+ options available. I think they should split it up the hummus, babaganoush, etc. into a “spreads” category or put with the dressings. Or create a “veggie” category for the cucumbers, cabbage, onions, etc. maybe another category for cheese and so on which will allow customers to choose all toppings requested and just pay extra for the additional toppings. It will let you pay for extra protein options but not extra toppings, dumb!!
If you’re to require customers to order from an app, at least make it a good one!!

Orders constantly fail
After you place your orders you immediately get a conformant ion text and email confirming your order. Minutes later after you thought your order was placed and being made you get an email saying that your order has failed and that you will be contacted soon by wild fig. They never contacted me after this happened many times. This review has 2 stars because their food is very good.
