Do not download this game! It is broken and developers have no intention on fixing it! It is a waste of time and money. Hundreds of thousands of players have quit this game because developers won’t fix the issues that they have allowed to destroy the integrity of the algorithms of this game.

I have played a lot of games like this but I love the western idea! I seem to be in a good state and not being over run by big players! I find if you talk to people they are more willing to leave you alone so you can grow! Definitely worth playing!!
Used to be a great game
I’ve been playing this game for almost two years, and while I have advanced pretty well, the game developers do very little to update the game. The game constantly lags and there are A LOT of bugs that result in many of the neat features in the game to not work at all. Players, including myself, have sent complaints to the developers and they pretty much ignore you. I’m about ready to quit soon, and I have spent real money off and on.

Was good…..not anymore
The game was good for the first few months I played it, but for tha past 4-5 months….the developers have quit doing anything. They don’t fix the problems. Events don’t work. Events were removed. Customer support is nonexistent.

Fun game, lot of bugs and developers seem to ignore complaints
Title says it all. Gets frustrating with some of the bugs but still a fun game. If the developers responded to complaints and made effort to make improvements I’d give it a 5
Good game gone bad.
Beginning in the summer of 2021, support began deteriorating rapidly. Vital components (chat, store, gold rush, etc) began breaking one after another, and remain broken. Our server went from well over a thousand active players to less than thirty. Virtually all of the money players left — why spend money on a broken game? With no revenue coming in, this game is done. I strongly suggest you find something else.

Dead Game
Game is dead…no updates for the past 6 months….broken events not fixed…only still listed to milk more money…also if your new you have no chance against older players…find a different game…you will be glad you did
Needs work
The game itself is fun, and I have enjoyed playing it for almost a year now. Lately, however, numerous gameplay issues are showing up and not being addressed. I have turned in numerous “trouble tickets “ to customer support, and their reply is “we are working on it,” but months later, nothing is fixed. I am beginning to suspect the developers have abandoned the game.
At this time, I do not recommend this game, and I certainly wouldn’t spend real money on it. I do hope they will release updates to fix some of the bugs, but until then, pass this one by.

Fun game
I think this is better then most of the old west games out there.
Pay to play
Pay to play game. There are many who buy so the chance for game growth is very small. Constant excuses from developers, always asking for more time. I’ve played for over 2 years, game has always had major glitches which cheat players out of power and resources, to complain to developers is a waste of time, they only care about the players who are buying. So in conclusion, fun game if you want to buy packages weekly, but other than that there are many others with the same layout, make your own choices.

Developers have abandoned. Don’t play
It seems that the developers have totally abandoned this game. There are large problems and events that are broken and have been for literally months and they are making no effort to repair. They don’t even send out mail to let you know what’s going on nor do they send out compensation for the massive amounts of loss that we have taken due to the broken events. Also this game is highly geared to making you spend money, example a while back they added new better hero’s to the game however there is no way you can earn shards at all, the only way to get them is $250 per hero! The Alliance store has been broken for over a month now and that hasn’t been repaired. Many people have quit the game so the States are dying and for those trying to hold on your playing in a ghost State. We have all sent ticket after ticket and the answer each time is we are working on it.

Horrible Customer Service
The developers made mistakes during an upgrade. Players exposed some glitches and utilized it to their advantage. I’m doing so the developers banned those players. Multiple of them have reached out to get their account back and have been denied.
Horrible Customer Service/Server Issues
I’ve been playing for a few months now and have even spent money on the game. I’ve found issues with the game and customer service is no help, never responds. The game is down quite frequently lately for one reason or another. It’s currently been down for 13 hours as I write this review. This is in the middle of one of their biggest events in the game.

Addicting
Love this game its compared to my other game. Def need to upgrade on the graphics because sometings are a little off and sometimes the game glitches but other then that awesome game!!!
Fun Game
Better than all the other games of this type that I have played. There are mission you can still accomplish even when you build que is full. I enjoy it.
This game is fun but
I enjoyed this game so much that I made a few different characters but after a recent update it’s near impossible to beat level 7 defend the west and its part of the main campaign so you cannot progress I’m probably going to uninstall now
Spam
It’s not worth it. Once you level up to get past the start point, you get spammed attacked by this major account players. You end up restarted again, again. Not much of a war game, but pay or take the time to build just to be spammed attacked by way larger players that you can never reach their level. Much of a scam game. Not worth the spending.
