Sound fix
When we originally downloaded the game, it did not have sound. I looked it up and I discovered that if you pull down the control panel from the top right and look for the bell that it might be red or crossed out. If you click it so it’s just the bell, the sounds in the game works!
No sound
My daughter would love to play but we just can’t get the sound to work on our iPad Air 2 with iOS 15.8.3.

Great game! But… the math is a little too easy because I’m in 2 grade. So maybe make a setting for older kids, but this is so fun I love wild kratts! Also, the storms… uh. I understand that storms in real life are important, but in the game… they never hit trees and make a dead one for raccoons! They just hit other things! I want the raccoon badge but I can’t get enough! Also, I love wolves they are my favorite animal but… little howler needs raccoons! So I can’t get the wolf badge! I know room for improvement but it is nice! Please make the storms more… uh you know. But other then that 5 stars.

No Sound
We paid downloaded, no sound and then did all of the troubleshooting and still no sound. Will change if we get sound.
My 6 year old loves this game.
My 6 year old son loves this game. He says some math is easy and some isn’t. He also likes the cute animals. Great game for fans of Wild Kratts.

Why can’t we drag the objects from the left side of the screen to the right side of the screen to solve the problems?

What a waste of $
This app is completely unusable as the volume does not work. We have three different devices and it will not work on any of them. The crazy part is there doesn’t seem to be a rhyme or reason to it not working. My neighbor has the exact same model and year iPad as us and it works great on theirs. Hoping to get it fixed or refunded.

NO SOUND
I just purchased and there is no sound nor is there settings to change or control volume.

I have done everything that is suggested on the troubleshooting page and nothing works. So my son is playing the game without sound. We’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling and hard reset. Nothing works. Any ideas.

This is a great game but please put more animals and villains and levels. Other then that it’s a Fantastic game.👍🤩
Great game for preschooler
Lots of reviewers saying the math is too hard but it's not if you stop thinking about it like an equation as you were taught in school. Just teach the kid to count the items in groups of five and get the final number. Then they will start to really understand the equation. My 4yo is doing great and loves it.
Also, as a biologist I LOVE that it teaches ecological pyramids (producers>consumers>secondary consumers).
I only wish there were more biomes to choose from.

Looks like a good game but with no sound my kids cannot hear the instructions. I just waste my money
