Slow to load and unhelpful when it does. Directions terrible. Maps non existent. Dreadful.
Recommends any trickle of water as swimming place!
Been to 2 ‘nearby’ places so far using this - both mere trickles of water - tiny rivers, and absolutely no good for wild swimming! Including wasting a few hours hiking to a so-called swimming spot in Yorkshire and the local walkers informed us when we got there that there the water is never swimmable. Would not recommend at all. Joke!

Maps layer seems to have stoped working
This app used to be brilliant but it seems the map layer no longer works and needs to be updated.

It works fine!
A must have for any wild swimmer. No problems with this app on an old iPad and an iphone6.
Not opening
I found it kept not opening but if I deleted it and downloaded it again it would work. Don't know how long for though!

Love the outdoors? This is brilliant.
Note: this free update for existing users worked for me. For those having problems (due to the way Apple handle app updates) then uninstall, restart your device and download and install fresh.

This App takes all that's in the Wild Swimming book and makes all the wonderful information, tips and photographs that's in it and adds more.
I love it.
If you like the outdoors, water and dipping in to rivers and lakes for serious swimming or just family days out then this App is the fresh dip you'll want on your IPhone or IPad.

Crashes immediately
Crashes as soon as the App is loaded on the iPad. This version is a definite no no. Don't buy until they sort it and the reviews turn good.

Paid a fair old price for this app. Updated and now doesn't even open. Crashes on start up.
Brilliant app!
Perfect app for when you fancy a dip outside. Latest update DOES working you uninstall, reboot, then reinstall as per upgrade notes.
